Within the Professional Specialization course, there are five main subjects dealing with the various areas of professional activity:

These courses involve acquiring knowledge related to working and interacting within the previously listed contexts. Practicality is the purpose of this course, preparing the professional (director, executive, secretary, etc.) for his/her particular situation. To complement classes, visits to companies are planned to address issues and situations that may arise in corporate life.

 

3.1.2 Spanish in the Workplace

Two general courses dealing with Spanish for use at work:

    1. Spanish in the Workplace for Administrators, Accountants, and Secretaries
    2. Spanish in the Workplace for Directors, Managers, and Bosses

3.1.4 General Spanish Course

A general language course designed for people who, due to reasons related with their occupation, need to learn Spanish in order to deal with daily life. Apart from focusing on a grammatical and formal approach, it tackles a broad range of aspects of the Spanish culture including art, literature, cinema, the press, etc. The course also incorporates an abundance of cultural visits to reinforce what is learned.

 

3.1.5 D.E.L.E Preparation Course

This course requires and extensive knowledge of the Spanish language, therefore, it is geared toward persons who although having this knowledge, want to obtain one of the various Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language that the Spanish Department of Education awards through the Cervantes Institute in May and November. Magistral-mba prepares the student for the following diplomas: the Basic and Superior Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language. Also, our center takes care of the student’s registration for the exam that is to be taken at the University of Alcalá de Henares.

  • For those wanting to obtain the Basic and Superior Diplomas in May, preparation courses will begin the second week of April and will end the first week of May.
  • For those wanting to obtain the Basic and Superior Diplomas in November, preparation courses will begin the second week of October and end the first week of November.
